Srushti Deshmukh has started to prepare for the UPSC entry in her 3rd year of engineering degree. While she was graduating in engineering, she was unsure if it was the best choice for her. Then, she realized that her dream was civil services and decided to pursue the field. Her parents urged her to pursue civils, and find an opportunity to serve the public. She remained motivated and concentrated on becoming IAS Officer. IAS Officer. In order for UPSC to be a reality the hard work of a lifetime is necessary. When she was preparing for her engineering classes She also had to prepare different subjects in UPSC. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. Within just one and a quarter months she studied for engineering tests, but stayed clear of all social interactions. She believes that focusing on her work is vital to pass the test for government jobs and be able to work within the civil service. She wanted to pass this test on her first attempt and has put in lots of work. Each day, she was reading the newspapers to stay abreast of current affairs. Also, she got lots of support online by collecting study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh wrote a book titled, The Answer Writing Manual. The book can be located at any library in the nation. It's a good book to IAS hopefuls who prepare rigorously for the test. Her husband regularly posts on their Facebook page providing information about the woman and her duties.
